All browsers provide a way to make the text larger or smaller.
But some versions of Internet Explorer cannot do that with all websites.
Internet Explorer will not have that problem with this website.
Whichever browser you are using, its text size controls should work fine.
Either you have switched off style sheets in your browser, or you are using a browser
that does not understand them well. Either way, that is fine - the display should be neat
and legible. However, many of my web pages, including this one, will be displayed with
much better style if you switch style sheets on, or update to a more capable browser e.g.
Internet Explorer 8 or Firefox.
