The quality of foods has been declining for a long time.

That process is accelerating, and threatens our health.

This website is about how to protect ourselves from that.

Who am I? Why do I run this website?

I am a scientist, educated to Masters level in Physics, and now a retired University lecturer with a wife, three children and seven grandchildren.

My scientific background enables me better than most to distinguish between real dangers and hype. You will find on my home website my explanations of some extraordinary negative developments in food quality and quantity that are coming down the line.

They threaten our health. They will lead to many deaths.
