Introduction

There is a factor that stops many people from losing weight or holds them back from good health. I have eliminated much of it from my own life with significant benefit to my health, weight and general sense of well-being. I hope that this site will help you to do the same.

It is the half-truth factor, i.e. the holding of beliefs that have a basis in truth but have become distorted.

People pick up half-truths, not from expert nutritionists, but from such sources as misleading advertising and inaccurate magazine articles.

What you think you know that isn't so can bring a lot of misery.
